JBHM Education Group partners
with superintendents, principals, and teachers in strengthening schools to
help all students succeed.

Since our founding in 2000, we have served inside hundreds of classrooms, supporting administrators and teachers on the job as they employ the essential practices of effective schools.

Higher test scores are the result but not the goal of our work with districts and state education agencies. Our mission is to help schools develop the professional capacities and cultures to continuously improve the education of students. Higher scores come through the growth of the principals and teachers with whom we work and their increased focus on the fundamentals of effective school practice. As instructional supervision and teaching skills sharpen, as learning time is better utilized, as expectations rise, test scores improve – often dramatically. Working alongside principals and teachers to model best practices and guide their professional growth is the key to the success of our School Improvement process.

Our success with hundreds of school partners in multiple states led us to develop the Quinpoint system for districts that have the professional capacity and resources to apply our School Improvement process districtwide. Quinpoint is a systemic solution, extending research-based, data-driven best practices throughout a district – from the boardroom to every classroom.

In providing services and designing processes, we follow these principles:

  • Our decisions and actions serve the best interests of students.
  • Expectations and professional accountability for student achievement must be high.
  • Special education is an integral part of total school improvement.
  • Honesty and integrity are not compromised.

More than 250 highly experienced educators
